汽车地板地毯、隔热垫隔热性能与材料结构优化试验研究

摘要 文章介绍了常用商用汽车地板上下隔热的基本结构与性能要求,提出地板多层隔热材料的结构设计方法和隔热理论基础,利用瞬态平面热源法测得基材和复合材料导热系数,优选导热系数小及反射热波能力强的材料制成复合隔热材料,借助于汽车台架试验和实际路试多种复合材料隔热性能试验比较,汽车地板上主地毯可以吸收和反射由底盘向驾乘舱传递的结构噪音。在所用材料上,有使用地毯和毛毡的,也有使用无纺布和毛毡的。文章采用2层结构复合地毯总成的设计理论,来提升各项性能指标,以用来适应市场的新需求。 This paper introduces the basic structure and performance requirements of the upper and lower thermal insulation of the common commercial vehicle floor,puts forward the structural design method and the theoretical basis of the thermal insulation of the multi-layer thermal insulation materials of the floor,uses the transient plane heat source method to measure the thermal conductivity of the base materials and composite materials,selects the materials with small thermal conductivity and strong heat wave reflection ability to make composite thermal insulation materials,and makes use of the vehicle bench test and the actual situation The main carpet on the car floor can absorb and reflect the structural noise transmitted from the chassis to the driver's cabin.In the materials used,some use carpets and felt,but also use non-woven fabrics and felt.In this paper,the design theory of 2-layer structure composite carpet assembly is used to improve the performance index to adapt to the new market demand.
