基于NASTRAN的某轻卡栏板轻量化仿真优化研究

摘要 文章基于有限元法,采用Nastran软件,对某商用轻卡的基础普钢窄尺寸栏板、基础普钢宽尺寸栏板、高强钢窄尺寸栏板和高强钢宽尺寸栏板共计四种上装方案进行了CAE刚度和强度分析,对比结果显示,两款高强钢栏板方案较基础方案结构强度性能得到提升,重量较基础普钢货柜减轻达到49kg和93Kg,轻量化效果显著。 Based on the finite element method and NASTRAN software,this paper analyzes the CAE stiffness and strength of four kinds of top mounting schemes of a commercial light truck,including the narrow size breast board of basic steel,the wide size breast board of basic common steel,the narrow size breast board of high strength steel and the wide size breast board of high strength steel.The comparison results show that the structural strength performance of the two high-strength steel breast board schemes is improved compared with the basic scheme,and the weight is relatively basic The reduction of container weight of Chupu steel reached 49kg and 93kg,and the lightweight effect was significant.
