摘要
近年来,交通安全问题已被社会反复提及。针对这一日益严重的全球性问题,来自世界各地的学者们进行了不同角度的研究,希望交通事故的频度以及将其造成的危害降至最低。文章基于道路交通安全的目标,运用动态分割方法寻找某一事故多发路段的黑点位置,并分析目标路段交通事故的时空特征,将为解决路段交通安全隐患奠定基础。
In recent years,traffic safety issues have been repeatedly mentioned by the society.Targeting this growing global problem,scholars from all over the world have conducted research from different angles in order to pray for the frequency of traffic accidents and the harm caused by them to be minimized.This thesis is based on the goal of road traffic safety.The dynamic segmentation method is used to seek the black spot position of a certain accident-prone road section,and analyze the space-time characteristics of the traffic accident on the target road section.Finally,a foundation will be laid for making a solution to the traffic safety hazard of the road section.
