摘要
制备了满足国六排放法规要求的Pd-Rh型快速老化催化剂,按照GB18352.6-2016进行WLTC循环试验,得到工况下的基本排放特性,并通过多次电控数据优化降低污染物排放。结果表明,在开发初期,对快速老化催化剂与电控数据进行充分匹配,能快速有效的评估催化器使用寿命,尽可能使得催化剂在整个使用周期内满足排放法规要求。
The fast aging Pd-Rh type catalyst which can meet the requirements of National Emission Regulations VI were prepared.The WLTC cycle test was conducted according to GB 18352.6-2016.The basic emission characteristics under working conditions were obtained.The air-fuel ratio was optimized to reduce pollutant emissions.The results show that,during the beginning of the study,if the rapid aging catalyst and electronic control data fully matched,it can quickly and effectively evaluate the service life of the catalyst.Thus the catalyst can meet the requirements of emission regulations in the whole life cycle.
