摘要
广西某氧化锰矿锰品位20.69%,含锰矿物主要为软锰矿、硬锰矿,脉石矿物主要为石英,为确定矿石选矿工艺流程,进行了选矿试验。试验结果表明:原矿洗矿分级后,将+0.9 mm粒级净矿直接作为精矿,-0.9 mm粒级磨矿至-0.074 mm 30.46%后,进行一次粗选和一次扫选的强磁选,最后将洗矿精矿和磁选精矿合并,获得了锰品位28.90%、锰回收率90.71%的合并锰精矿。选矿工艺流程较简单,选矿指标较好。
The manganese grade of a manganese oxide ore in Guangxi is 20.69%,the manganese-bearing minerals are mainly pyrolusite and psilomelane,and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz.In order to determine the mineral process flowsheet of the ore,a mineral processing test was performed.The test results show that after ore washing and classification of the raw ore,the net ore of+0.9 mm grain size was directly used as concentrate,the ore of-0.9 mm grinding to-0.074 mm accounted for 30.46%,high intensity magnetic separation of once roughing and once scavenging are made,at last,the washing concentrate and the magnetic separation concentrate are combined.The combined manganese concentrate with a manganese grade of 28.90%and a manganese recovery rate of 90.71%can be obtained.The mineral processing flowsheet is simple,and the mineral processing index is good.
