新型胶磷矿反浮选脱硅阳离子捕收剂试验研究 被引量:17

摘要 针对现有胶磷矿反浮选脱硅阳离子捕收剂选择性差、消泡难、仅适用于弱碱性矿浆条件等缺陷,研发了一种新型高效、消泡快、适应酸性矿浆条件的阳离子反浮选脱硅捕收剂KDJ,本文以云南某胶磷矿为研究对象对该药剂进行了反浮选脱硅试验效果评估。结果表明:在纯矿物浮选试验中,当pH 值为 6、捕收剂KDJ用量为25 mg/L时,石英回收率达97.83%而胶磷矿不浮,说明该药剂捕收能力强、选择性好;在二元人工混合配矿浮选试验中,pH 值=6,捕收剂KDJ用量为150 mg/L时,磷精矿不含SiO2,P2O5回收率达71.88%,进一步证实该药剂具有良好的选择性;实际胶磷矿原矿经酸性条件下反浮选脱镁后,维持pH为 6,只添加1.25 kg/t捕收剂KDJ的情况下,采用一粗两扫的脱硅闭路流程,获得了磷精矿中P2O5品位29.75%、P2O5回收率93.37%、SiO2品位12.63%的良好指标。新药剂克服了现有同类药剂的缺陷,为大量同类胶磷矿在弱酸性条件下的有效浮选提纯提供了良好选择。 In view of the drawbacks of poor selectivity,difficult defoaming,and applicability only under weakly alkaline pulp conditions of existing cationic reverse flotation reagents for silicon removal from collophane,a novel cationic collector KDJ for effective reverse flotation of collophane for silicon removal has been developed that can defoam quickly and is suitable for acidic pulp condition.The reverse flotation tests for silicon removal were carried out with a collophane sample from Yunnan.The results show that under the conditions of pH 6 and collector KDJ dosage of 25 mg/L,the pure quartz sample showed a flotation recovery of 97.83% while pure collophane sample exhibited no recovery,suggesting the reagent is potent and selective.In the flotation test of binary artificial mixture of pure collophane and quartz the collophane concentrate showed a P2O5 recovery of 71.88% and no quartz recovery at pH 6 and a collector dosage of 150 mg/L,confirming the great selectivity of the reagent.Flotation tests with an actual collophane ore sample that had been subjected to reverse flotation for magnesium removal at pH 6 show that a closed-circuit flotation process of one rougher and two scavengers with the KDJ collector at the same pH and a dosage of only 1.25 kg/t obtained a good performance of 81.95% P2O5 recovery,29.75% P2O5 grade and 12.63% SiO2 in the concentrate.The novel reagent overcomes the drawbacks of existing collectors of the same type and provides a great collector choice for purifying a large amount of similar collophane ore under weakly acidic conditions.
