摘要
本文探讨了镍矿石中镍的化学物相分析方法。该方法用乙酸铵-亚硫酸钠中性溶液浸取硫酸镍,用柠檬酸浸取氧化镍,再用饱和溴水浸取硫化镍,最后残渣中测定硅酸镍。硫酸镍、氧化镍、硫化镍、硅酸镍均在10%王水介质中,于电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪上测定,分别计算硫酸镍、氧化镍、硫化镍、硅酸镍量。所用分析方法的检测结果表明其分量总和与单独分析的镍总量相对偏差允许限均未超过10%,满足《地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范》(DZ/T 0130.3-2006)的规定。
The sample was impregnated with nickel sulfate in a neutral solution of ammonium acetatesodium sulfite,nickel oxide in citric acid,nickel sulfide in saturated bromine water,and nickel silicate was determined in the final residue.Nickel sulfate,nickel oxide,nickel sulfide,and nickel silicate were all measured on an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer in 10%aqueous medium,and the amounts of nickel sulfate,nickel oxide,nickel sulfide,and nickel silicate were calculated respectively.The results show that the permitted limit of the relative deviation between the sum of its components and the total amount analyzed separately does not exceed 10%,which meets the requirements of the"Geological and Mineral Laboratory Test Quality Management Code"(DZ/T 0130.3-2006).
