莫桑比克某含钒石墨矿工艺矿物学研究 被引量:2

Processing Mineralogy of a Vanadium-bearing Graphite Ore from Mozambique

摘要 采用化学分析、显微镜分析和MLA矿物自动定量检测技术等测试手段对莫桑比克某含钒石墨矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,原矿石中固定碳含量23.8%,V2O5含量0.64%,主要含碳矿物为石墨,主要含钒矿物为含钒粒状褐铁矿、含钒胶状褐铁矿和含钒黏土等,建议采用优先选石墨-选石墨尾矿再选钒的工艺回收石墨和钒。选石墨尾矿样品中V2O5含量0.71%,钒主要赋存于褐铁矿、黏土和氧化钛矿物中。从选石墨尾矿的铁钛矿物和黏土中回收钒,V2O5理论品位4.08%,理论回收率95%。若不回收黏土V2O5理论品位8.64%,理论回收率68%。 The process mineralogy of a vanadium-bearing graphite ore from Mozambique is studied in detail by chemical analysis,microscope,and MLA mineral automatic quantitative technology,etc.The results indicate that the fixed carbon and V2O5 content in the raw ore respectively are 23.8%and 0.64%.The main carbon minerals are graphite,and main vanadium minerals are vanadium-bearing granulated limonite,colloidal limonite and clay,etc.It is suggested to recycle graphite and vanadium using the process of preferential graphite-graphite tailings to recycle vanadium.The V2O5 content in graphite tailings is 0.71%,and vanadium mainly exist in limonite,clay and titanium oxide minerals.Recycling vanadium from irontitanium minerals and clay in graphite tailings,the V2O5 theoretical grade is 4.08%and the theoretical recovery rate is 95%.If the clay is not recovered,the V2O5 theoretical grade is 8.64%and the theoretical recovery is 68%.
