摘要
针对某硫化铜氧压浸出渣高酸、高离子浓度造成的资源回收难、安全环保风险高的问题,本文进行了详细的选矿试验,闭路试验结果表明:采用丁黄药进行快速浮选,可获得铜精矿品位18.35%,回收率87.83%,尾矿铜品位0.25%。
In view of the problems of difficult recovery of resources and high risks of safety and environmental protection caused by high acid and high ion concentration of a copper sulfide oxygen pressure leaching slag,a detailed beneficiation test was conducted in this paper.The test results are copper concentrate grade 18.35%,recovery rate 87.83%,tailings copper grade 0.25%.
