摘要
以紫穗槐为种植对象,验证了白云鄂博富钾板岩固体发酵产物与胶质芽孢杆菌配施制备出的土壤修复剂性能。试验结果表明,两种原料添加的最优配比为土壤与固体发酵产物添加比30:1,菌液添加量为2.50 L/m^2。通过对种植的紫穗槐生物学性状及土壤理化性质的分析发现,紫穗槐的发芽率、茎长和干鲜重指标分别达到空白处理的3.00、1.96、14.67倍,土壤的含水率、有机质、有效磷和速效钾含量分别提高了6.10、1.20、3.42、1.30倍,均达到显著水平(p<0.05)。加入胶质芽孢杆菌菌液后土壤中的稀土元素总量降低了51.56mg/kg。此土壤修复剂旨在增加土壤肥力,代替或减少化学肥料的施用量,并可以有效的、资源化的、合理的利用白云鄂博矿区富钾板岩,改善矿区废石堆积及周边生态区域污染等问题。
The properties of soil remediation agent prepared by the combined application of potassium rich slate solid fermentation products and colloid bacillus in bayan obo were verified.The test results showed that the optimal ratio of the two raw materials was the ratio of soil to solid fermentation products 30:1,and the added amount of bacterial liquid was 2.50 L/m^2.Through various of plant and the soil physical and chemical properties and biological character analysis it was found that the germination rate,stem length and dry weight of various indicators respectively reached 3.00,1.96,14.67 times of blank processing,soil moisture content,organic matter,available phosphorus and available potassium content increased respectively 6.10,1.20,3.42,1.30 times,reaching significant level(p<0.05).And the total amount of rare earth elements in the soil was reduced by 51.56 mg/kg after the addition of colloid bacillus solution.The purpose of this soil remediation agent is to increase soil fertility,replace or reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer,and make effective,resource-based and rational use of potassium-rich slate in bayan ebo mining area to improve waste rock accumulation and pollution in surrounding ecological areas.
