摘要
目前,铁山垅钨业选矿厂传统工艺处理后的钨细泥尾矿中一直含有0.24%左右的钨,公司为了尽可能回收细泥中的钨资源,提高企业效益,积极开展了钨细泥尾矿中回收钨资源的试验研究。研究表明,悬振锥面选矿机是回收该钨细泥尾矿中的细粒级钨的较佳设备;在给矿浓度20%,粗选锥面振动频率14Hz、转动频率14Hz;精选锥面振动频率16Hz、转动频率14Hz的条件下经过"一粗一精"的闭路工艺流程可获得含WO3 25.12%,回收率68.09% 的钨精矿;在试验研究的基础上进行了工业化生产应用,连续一个月试生产,流程稳定,可产出含WO3 24%,回收率67%的钨精矿产品;根据生产实践,截止2019年底累积产出50.54标吨的钨细泥产品,为公司创造了更大经济效益。
At present,TieshanlongTungsten industry has been using the traditional process to recover tungsten resources in tungsten slime.However,the tungsten slime tailings always contains about 0.24% tungsten.In order to recover tungsten resources as much as possible and improve the efficiency,the company experimental research on tungsten resource recovery in tungsten slime tailings.Research shows that,the suspension cone concentrator is the best equipment to recover the fine-grained tungsten in the tungsten slime tailings.Under the conditions of 20% ore concentration,rough selection of cone frequency 14Hz,rotation frequency 14Hz;selected cone frequency of 16Hz,which can be obtained the Tungsten concentrate with WO3 25.12% and 68.09% recovery rate.Based on experimental research,Tie ShanLong Tungsten industry has been conducted industrial production.Trial production for one month,the process is stabling and can produce tungsten concentrate with 24% WO3 and 67% recovery rate.According to productionpractices,by the end of 2019,TieshanLong tungsten industry had produced 50.54 standard tons of tungsten slime products,which creats greater economic benefits for the company.
