摘要
对橄榄石常压硫酸溶解过程中Mg的浸出动力学进行了研究。考察了反应温度、搅拌速度及硫酸浓度对橄榄石中元素Mg浸出的影响,并采用等浸出率法探讨了Mg浸出过程的反应控制步骤。结果表明:橄榄石酸溶浸出反应表观活化能为52.89 kJ/mol,浸出过程主要受表面化学反应控制;硫酸浓度的反应级数为0.62,硫酸浓度对反应速率的影响相对较小。该研究可为橄榄石酸溶的工业利用提供理论依据与实践指导。
The kinetics of Mg leaching from the olivine dissolution in sulfuric acid under atmospheric conditions was studied.The effects of stirring rate,leaching temperature and sulfuric acid concentration on the leaching of Mg from the olivine were investigated,and the rate-determining step of the reaction was discussed using the iso-leaching rate method.The results showed that the calculated apparent activation energy of the leaching reaction is 52.89 kJ/mol,and the leaching reaction of olivine is controlled by the surface chemical reaction.The reaction order with sulfuric acid concentration is 0.62,and the effect of sulfuric acid concentration on the leaching rate is relatively small.The research results would provide the theoretical basis and the practical instruction for the industrial utilization of the olivine dissolution in acid.
