摘要
首先,介绍了电子产品加速寿命试验方法的原理和分类;然后,阐述了几种主要的加速寿命试验模型;最后,以某航空电子产品为研究对象,选取合理的加速寿命试验模型,制定了相应的加速寿命试验方案,对该产品的可靠性水平进行了快速评估,对于缩短产品的研制周期有着重要的参考价值。
Firstly,the principle and classification of accelerated life test methods for electronic products are introduced.Then,several main accelerated life test models are described.Finally,taking an avionics product as the research object,a reasonable accelerated life test model is selected,the corresponding accelerated life test scheme is formulated,and the reliability level of the product is evaluated quickly,which is of great value to shorten the development cycle of the produt.
