Reliability prediction is a quantitative assessment of system reliability during the design phase.With the development of technology,the structure of electronic components is becoming more and more complex,its reliability prediction has become an important issue.By using the functions of Excel VBA data check,human-computer interface and Excel table operation,the reliability prediction software for electronic components is designed.The prediction software can make the reliability prediction of electronic components more convenient,and has strong engineering application value.
