摘要
针对高速背板连接器PAM4性能测试校准的问题,对比分析了几种高速背板连接器的测试校准技术,重点论述了采用AFR校准技术进行夹具去嵌的解决方案。选取了典型的高速背板连接器进行了测试验证,解决了非同轴夹具去嵌的问题,提高了测试精度,具有较强的可操作性。
Aiming at the problem of performance testing and calibration of PAM4 of high-speed backplane connector,several testing and calibration technologies of high-speed backplane connector are compared and analyzed,and the solution of fixture de-embedding by using AFR calibration technology is emphasized.A typical high-speed backplane connector is selected to test and verify,which solves the problem of non-coaxial fixture de-embedding,improves the test accuracy and has strong maneuverability.
