摘要
使用红外光谱、质谱、能谱、核磁共振谱和凝胶色谱等多种现代化学分析仪器,对复杂镀液体系的成分进行了剖析。剖析过程中以核磁共振谱作为成分推测的主要技术,而其他分析方法作为辅助验证手段。通过综合分析确认样品中的成分有CuSO_4、PEG20000、聚氧乙烯丙烯醚和SPS等,所介绍的方法对复杂镀液体系剖析具有普适性。
The compositon of complex plating system is analyzed by using modern chemical analysis instruments such as inrared spectrum,mass spectrum,energy spectrum,muclear magnetic resonance spectrum and gel chromatography.In the process of analysis,NMR spectrum is used as the main technique of component speculation,while other analytical methods are used as auxiliary verification means.Through comprehensive analysis,it is confirmed that the components of the sample are CuSO4,PEG20000,polyoxyethylene propylene ether,SPS and so on.The method introduced is universal for the analysis of complex plating system.
