摘要
介绍了70 MW水煤浆循环流化床(简称CFB)锅炉的总体结构设计思想和运行方式,对载热介质石英砂的粒度、加入量进行了介绍。2019年11月,4台水煤浆CFB热水锅炉经过一个供热周期的运行,结果显示锅炉性能稳定、可靠性良好,各项运行指标均满足用户需求,为今后国内推广水煤浆的燃烧利用具有重要参考作用。
The overall structure design idea and operation mode of the coal water slurry circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler is introduced.The particle size and the adding amount of the heat-carrying medium quartz sand are introduced.In November 2019,four 70 MW coal water slurry CFB hot water boilers were put into operation for a heat supply period.The results showed that these four boilers are stable and reliable,and all indicators met the needs of users,which plays an exemplary role in promoting combustion utilization of coal water slurry in China in the future.
