本文以腾讯与老干妈近日的合同纠纷事件为背景,从腾讯公司内控和风险管理的视角入手,全面、客观地探析该事件中所反映出的种种问题,同时以相关理论为指导,对腾讯公司的内控风险进行相关分析,为企业强化内控治理,提高风控管理水平提供合理意见。

Based on the recent contract dispute between Tencent and Lao Ganma,this article starts from the perspective of Tencent’s internal control and risk management,comprehensively and objectively analyzes the various issues reflected in the incident,and at the same time uses relevant theories as guidance.Conduct relevant analysis on Tencent’s internal control risks,and provide reasonable opinions for companies to strengthen internal control governance and improve risk control management.
