摘要
通过虚拟样机技术建立了典型桥式起重机模型并仿真分析其不同工况下吊重的摇摆特性,以通用桥式起重机的三倍率起升机构钢丝绳缠绕系统为研究对象,采用虚拟样机技术,在ADAMS中建立起升机构动力学仿真模型。采用ADAMS/Cable模块对钢丝绳缠绕系统建模,并对其添加约束和驱动以进行各种工况下的仿真运动,得到吊重的摇摆曲线。对比仿真结果,得出了吊重的摇摆规律:急停工况时吊重的摇摆最大;大车单独运行工况次之。吊重起降过程中吊重并非是竖直移动,而是与起升方向存在一定的角度。
Based on the virtual prototype technology,a typical bridge crane model was established to simulate and analyze the swing characteristics of cranes under different working conditions.Taking the wire rope winding system of the three-fold lifting mechanism of common bridge cranes as the research object,using the virtual prototype technology,the dynamic simulation model of the lifting mechanism was established with ADAMS.The modeling of wire rope winding system was carried out with ADAMS/Cable module,and various constraints and driving devices were added to simulate the movement under various working conditions,and the swing curve of the hoisting load was obtained.By comparing with simulation results,the following swing law was obtained:under the emergency stop circumstances,the swing is the largest followed by when the travelling mechanism travels alone.During lifting,the lifting weight does not move vertically,but moves along a certain angle with the lifting direction.
