摘要
针对一起欧式钢丝绳电动葫芦制动下滑量超标的问题,分析了引起制动下滑量超标的原因,给出了解决方案。并从机械、电气和控制等方面分析了缩短制动时间、减小制动下滑的方法,着重分析了整流器和制动器响应延时给制动减速时间和制动下滑量带来的影响。
Taking a European wire rope electric hoist brake hook-sliping out of limits as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of the brake hook-sliping out of limits,and gives the solutions.Methods for shortening braking time and reducing brake sliping are analyzed from mechanical,electrical and control aspects,with emphasis on the influence of rectifier and brake response delay on braking deceleration time and braking slip.
