摘要
在内燃叉车的启动电路中,常设置一个空挡保护开关,一般将它装配在变速器的操纵机构上,可以防止叉车意外挂挡启动。文中对空挡启动保护原理进行了分析,对空挡开关的装配位置和常见故障做了说明,并对其检验提出了有益的建议。
A neutral protection switch is usually set in the starting circuit of a diesel fork lift truck,which is usually installed on the operating mechanism of the transmission to prevent the forklift from starting due to accidental gear engagement.This paper analyzes the principle of protection induced by neutral gear engagement,explains the assembly position and common faults of neutral gear switches,and puts forward some suggestions beneficial to inspections.
