核电厂应急柴油发电机调速器转轴断裂分析

摘要 某核电站应急柴油发电机检修后试验期间,应急柴油发电机的调速器转轴发生断裂,采用化学分析、硬度检测、冲击性能、显微组织和表面形貌观察、断口分析等方法探讨了转轴断裂的原因。结果表明:此转轴为韧性扭转断裂。文章通过分析调速器的工作机制,对转轴断裂原因进行了讨论。 During the test of the emergency diesel generator of a nuclear power plant,the shaft of the governor of the emergency diesel generator was broken.Chemical shaft analysis,hardness testing,impact performance,micro-structure and surface morphology observation,and fracture analysis were used to discuss the shaft fracture s reason.The results show that this shaft is a ductile torsional fracture.Through analysis of the working mechanism of the governor,the reasons for the shaft fracture were discussed.
