房屋维修是保证房屋使用功能和安全性能的重要措施,也是保障人们生活质量和生命安全的有效手段。本文主要分析了现阶段我国房屋维修施工质量及管理现状,并合理提出了相应的改进措施,以供相关人员参考。
House maintenance is an important measure to ensure the function and safety of the house,and it is also an effective means to ensure people's life quality and life safety.This article mainly analyzes the current state of my country's housing maintenance construction quality and management status,and reasonably proposes corresponding improvement measures for the reference of relevant personnel.
