摘要
掘进巷道施工作业的安全高效是对矿井生产采掘衔接问题有效处置的关键前提。以此为着手点,针对掘进巷道水仓施工及支护优化开展分析探究。结合具体工程实际,在分析原水仓掘进工艺和支护工艺不足的基础上,对水仓掘进工艺及支护工艺优化开展全面探究,并对优化后方案应用效果做出监测分析。结果表明,优化后的水仓掘进施工方案和支护方案效果良好,在提升了巷道掘进作业效率的同时保证了硐室安全,对矿井健康发展意义重大。
The safe and efficient construction operation of the tunneling roadway is the key prerequisite for the effective treatment of the connection problem of mine production and mining.Taking this as a starting point,tunneling construction and support optimization of water sump in roadway was analyzed and explored.Combining with the actual project,on the basis of analyzing the deficiencies of the original water sump tunneling technology and supporting technology,this paper conducted a comprehensive study on the optimization of the water sump tunneling technology and supporting technology,and analyzed the monitoring of the application effect of the optimized plan.The results showed that the optimized tunneling construction plan and supporting plan for the sump was of good effect.It improved the efficiency of the tunneling operation while ensuring the safety of the chamber,which was of great significance to the healthy development of the mine.
