摘要 杜儿坪矿62711工作面采用“高位钻孔+采空区埋管”立体联合抽采的方式治理采空区,瓦斯抽采负压必然导致采空区漏风增加,而62711工作面上覆1#煤层的自燃倾向性等级为Ⅱ级,属自燃煤层,采空区遗煤有自燃危险性。通过采用均压+气体监测+注氮防灭火系统,杜绝了采空区遗煤自燃事故,为矿井的安全生产提供了前提。 The 62711 working face of Duerping Coal Mine adopts"high-level drilling+goaf pipe burying"three-dimensional combined extraction to control the goaf.The negative pressure of gas extraction will inevitably lead to increased air leakage in the goaf.The overlying 1#coal seam of 62711 working face has a spontaneous combustion propensity grade ofⅡ,which belongs to the spontaneous combustion coal seam.The coal left in the goaf has the risk of spontaneous combustion.By adopting a pressure equalization+gas monitoring+nitrogen injection fire extinguishing system,the spontaneous combustion of the coal in the goaf was eliminated,which provided prerequisites for safe production of the mine.
