柔模混凝土制备输送机在煤矿沿空留墙中的应用

Application of Flexible Form Concrete Preparation Conveyor in Gob Side Wall Retaining of Coal Mine

为了实现煤矿无煤柱开采,很多煤矿采用了沿空留墙技术。在进行沿空留墙时,使用的混凝土制备输送机十分关键。介绍了成套的柔模混凝土制备输送机,分析了其在沿空留墙施工中的应用。现场实践结果表明,柔模混凝土制备输送机在煤矿沿空留墙中具有较高的效率。

In order to achieve coal-pillar-free mining,many coal mines have adopted the technology of gob side wall retaining.The concrete preparation conveyor used is very critical in gob side wall retaining.This paper introduced a complete set of flexible form concrete preparation conveyor,and analyzed its application in the construction of gob side wall retaining.The field practice results show that the flexible concrete preparation conveyor has a higher efficiency in gob side wall retaining of coal mines.
