摘要
CA6140车床后托架形状复杂、精度要求高,其加工工艺以及装夹方式关系零件生产的效率与质量。通过对托架的外部结构与精细加工需求分析,对加工方案与路线的制定、专用夹具与切削时受力进行研究,结果表明:通过工艺方案论证,方案Ⅱ更具有合理性;利用UG软件模拟夹具对孔Ф40、Ф30.2、Ф25.5精化加工不仅定位精准,且具有较低的应力,能够满足车床后托架实际批量生产的要求。
Due to the complex shape and high precision requirements of the CA6140 lathe rear bracket,its processing technology and clamping method were related to the efficiency and quality of parts production in this paper.Through the analysis of the external structure of the bracket and the demand for fine machining,the formulation of the machining plan and route,the special fixture and the stress during cutting were studied.The results showed that the scheme Ⅱ is more reasonable through the process scheme demonstration,using the UG software to simulate the fixture for screw hole Ф40、Ф30.2、Ф25.5 refined processing not only has precise positioning,but also has lower stress,which meets the actual mass production requirements of the lathe rear bracket.
