烟煤奥亚膨胀度测定实验教学中煤笔成型打击器的自动化改进 被引量:1

摘要 在烟煤奥亚膨胀度测定的教学实验过程中存在煤笔制备成型打击器手动操作繁琐、一致性差等问题。为了提高煤笔制备效率并提高奥亚膨胀度测定结果的准确性,进而提高学生实验效率并改进实验效果,给出了一种成型打击器自动化改进的方法。该方法对传统的打击器进行改进,设计了锤块自动抬升装置和打击杆自动更换装置,可实现锤块的自动抬升和自由下落以及打击杆的自动更换,减小了人为因素的影响,从而在原理上保证了煤笔制备过程的规范性和可靠性。 It was found that the manual operation of the apparatus for preparing the coal pencil was complex and with low consistency in the process of experiment teaching of the Audibert-Arnu dilatometer test of bituminous coal.An automatic improvement method for the apparatus for preparing the coal pencil has been proposed in this study in order to improve the efficiency for preparing the coal pencil and the accuracy of Audibert-Arnu dilatometer test,thus,to improve the efficiency and performance for the student to carry out the experiment.An automatic lifting equipment for hammer block and an automatic replacing equipment for striking rods have been designed based on the modification for the traditional apparatus for preparing the coal pencil,which realize the lifting up and falling down hammer block automatically as well as changing of striking rods.This method of the automatic improvement of the apparatus for preparing the coal pencil reduce the effect of human factor,which can ensure the normative and the reliability of the process of preparing the coal pencil.
