双波段法构建单透镜最佳成像系统研究

摘要 分析了用不同波长的光分别照射远近两处测试卡,提高图像分辨率的方法,实验景深为300 mm,使用波长为452 nm的光照射距离透镜500 mm的测试卡和使用波长为527 nm的光照射距离透镜800 mm的测试卡,成像像距的理论分析结果为0.056 mm,在ZEMAX软件上仿真计算出像距设计实际值为0.200 mm。实验结果表明,使用双波段照明法获得的图像的分辨率和清晰度比使用白光和单色光高。 The image resolution was improved by the method of using light of different wavelengths to irradiate two test cards far and near in this paper.The depth of field in the experiment is 300 mm,the test card away from the lens 500 mm is irradiated with 452 nm light and the test card away from the lens 800 mm is irradiated with 527 nm light.The theoretical analysis result of the image distance is 0.056 mm,and the actual value of the image distance design is 0.200 mm by ZEMAX software.The experiment results showed that the resolution and sharpness of the image obtained by the dual-band illumination method are higher than those by white light and monochromatic image.
