从360度反馈评价涵义着手,阐述了360度反馈评价在汉语国际教育专业硕士实习环节应用的适用性,探索其在实习环节应用目标的确定、项目的设计与实施以及项目成果的运用。教学实践能力是汉语国际教育专业硕士培养的重点,而实习环节作为教学实践能力培养的有效途径更是重中之重。如何加强对教学实习的评估、反馈和指导,使之有效提升学生教学能力和教学效果,显得尤为重要。

Starting from the connotation of 360-degree feedback evaluation,it expounded the applicability in the paper of 360-degree feedback evaluation in the practice of TCSOL,and explored the determination of its objectives,the design and implementation of projects and the application of project results.Teaching practice ability is the focus of the training of teaching Chinese to speakers of other Languages(TCSOL),and practice as an effective way to cultivate teaching practice ability is the top priority.How to strengthen the evaluation,feedback and guidance of teaching practice,so as to effectively improve students’teaching ability and teaching effect,it is particularly important.
