挑战与机遇:新媒体视域中抗疫时期学生教育管理模式探析

Challenges and Opportunities:Analysis of the Student Education Management Model in the Anti-epidemic Period from the Perspective of New Media

新冠肺炎疫情爆发对高校学生教育管理工作而言,既是一个新的严峻挑战,也是促进新媒体与高校学生教育管理工作融合的一次重大机遇。针对新媒体时代大学生群体新特点和防疫中出现的新问题,结合安徽建筑大学防疫期间学生教育管理工作的实践,提出构建以教育教学交流互动平台、党员骨干网格管理平台、困难群体援助帮扶平台、管理服务综合协调平台为内容的“学管帮服一体化”学生教育管理新模式,以提高学生教育管理工作实效,做好防疫期大学生教育管理工作。

The outbreak of pneumonia in COVID-19 is not only a new severe challenge to college students’education and management,but also a great opportunity to promote the integration of new media and college students’education and management.In view of the new characteristics of college students in the new media era and the new problems in the epidemic prevention period,combined with the practice of student education management in Anhui Jianzhu University during the epidemic prevention period,a new model of“integration of learning,management and service”was put forward,and interactive platform of education and teaching,grid management platform of party members'backbone,assistance platform for difficult groups and comprehensive coordination platform of management services was included,as a result,the effectiveness of student education management will be improved and a good job in the epidemic prevention period will be done.
