摘要 为研究纳米SiC对沥青及沥青混合料的改性效果,该文采用高速剪切仪制备2%、4%、6%、8%、10%共5种不同纳米SiC掺量的改性沥青,以基质沥青为对照,通过DSR试验、BBR试验分析改性后的沥青性能与基质沥青之间的关系。最后通过车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验、低温弯曲试验系统分析改性后的沥青混合料各项路用性能特征,并通过微观试验手段对纳米SiC改性机理进行深入分析。结果表明:纳米SiC的掺入在一定程度上可以改善沥青及沥青混合料的各项性能,其中4%掺量条件下,沥青及沥青混合料性能表现最佳。但纳米SiC与基质沥青之间化学反应较弱,对基质沥青的改性效果主要依赖与沥青之间的物理吸附作用。 In order to study the modified effect of nano-SiC on asphalt and asphalt mixture,5 kinds of modified asphalt with different nano-SiC mix amount,including 2%,4%,6%,8%and 10%,were prepared by high-speed shear apparatus in this paper,and the relationship between the modified asphalt performance and matrix asphalt was analyzed through DSR test and BBR test,taking matrix asphalt as the control.Finally,the pavement performance characteristics of the modified asphalt mixture were analyzed through wheel tracking test,freeze-thaw splitting test,immersion Marshall test and low-temperature bending test system,and the modification mechanism of nano-SiC was deeply analyzed by means of microscopic test.The results show that the addition of nano-SiC can improve the properties of asphalt and asphalt mixture to a certain extent,and the performance of asphalt and asphalt mixture is the best under the condition of 4%content.However,the chemical reaction between nano-SiC and matrix asphalt is weak,and the modification effect of matrix asphalt mainly depends on the physical adsorption between the nano-SiC and asphalt.
