摘要
高纯石英砂是微电子、光纤通信、航空航天等高新技术产业的基础原材料,战略地位非常重要。研究采用高温氯化工艺进行石英砂提纯试验,结果表明,干燥HCl对Na、K等金属杂质有明显纯化效果,去除率分别为88.51%、98.31%。此外,还详细研究了氯化时间、氯化温度等参数对石英砂提纯效果的影响,结果表明,氯化时间1 h、氯化温度1000℃对石英砂中Na、K等杂质的提纯效果最佳。
High-purity quartz sand is the basic raw material for high and new technology industry such as microelectronics,optical fiber communications,aerospace,and so on,and its strategic position is very important.This paper uses high-temperature chlorination process to carry out the purification test of quartz sand.The results show that dry HCl has obvious purification effect on Na,K and other metal impurities,and the removal rates are 88.51%and 98.31%respectively.In addition,the effects of chlorination time,chlorination temperature and other parameters on the purification effect of quartz sand are also studied in detail.The results show that the chlorination time of 1h and the chlorination temperature of 1000℃have the best purification effect on impurities such as Na and K in the quartz sand.
