搪玻璃水槽的生产工艺研究

摘要 在实验室做实验时,常常要在强酸、强碱环境中进行。虽然不锈钢容器有一定的耐酸耐碱性能,但腐蚀仍然存在。因为存在腐蚀可能就对实验结果产生影响,所以就需要选择耐强酸、强碱搪玻璃水槽来取代不锈钢水槽。搪玻璃水槽在焊接过程中焊缝部分会存在影响质量的缺陷,因此在焊接中我们优化焊接工艺以此来保证我们搪玻璃产品的合格率。 When doing experiments in the laboratory,it is often carried out in strong acid and alkali environment.Although the stainless steel vessel has certain acid and alkali resistance,corrosion still exists.Because the existence of corrosion may affect the experimental results,it is necessary to choose strong acid and alkali resistant glass lined water tank to replace the stainless steel water tank.In the welding process of glass lined water tank,there will be defects that affect the quality of the welding line.Therefore,in the welding process,we optimized the welding process to ensure the qualified rate of our glass lined products.
