经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松型胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures in the Elderly

目的探讨老年骨质疏松型胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者应用经皮椎体成形术的临床治疗效果。方法选取滨海县中医院2018年5月至2019年12月收治的老年骨质疏松型胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者75例,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=27)与试验组(n=48)。对照组患者给予保守治疗,试验组患者给予经皮椎体成形术治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛程度、伤椎功能及临床相关指标变化。结果试验组患者的临床总有效率为95.83%,明显高于对照组77.78%(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后伤椎功能评分明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后椎体高度丢失、后凸畸形Cobb角、骨密度均明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者应用经皮椎体成形术治疗的临床效果更加确切,不仅可以减轻患者的疼痛程度,还可以改善患者的伤椎功能与临床相关指标。

Objective To explore the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods A total of 75 elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures admitted to Binhai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to December 2019.According to different treatment methods were selected and divided into control group(n=27)and experimental group(n=48).The control group was given conservative treatment,and the experimental group was given percutaneous vertebroplasty.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,vertebral function and clinical related indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.78%(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of injured vertebra function in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,vertebral height loss,kyphosis Cobb angle and bone mineral density of the experimental group were significantly smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures is more accurate.It can not only reduce the degree of pain,but also improve the function of injured vertebrae and clinical indicators.
