苓桂五味姜辛汤治疗老年坠积性肺炎

Linggui Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction for Senile Precipitation Pneumonia

目的观察苓桂五味姜辛汤治疗老年坠积性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月广西壮族自治区职业病防治研究院(广西壮族自治区工人医院)收治的60例老年坠积性肺炎患者为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各30例。对照组采取西医治疗方案,试验组在对照组基础上加用苓桂五味姜辛汤治疗。总结两组患者的临床症状、感染指标、血气指标、胸部CT。结果试验组患者的治疗有效率、感染指标、胸部CT等情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苓桂五味姜辛汤治疗老年坠积性肺炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Linggui Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction in the treatment of senile precipitative pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with falling-down pneumonia admitted by The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Occupational Disease Prevention And Control Institute(Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Workers'Hospital)from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.Random number table method was divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases each.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Ling GUI Wuwei Jiangxin decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical symptoms,infection index,blood gas index and chest CT of the two groups were summarized.Results The treatment efficiency,infection index,and chest CT of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.The data were significantly different and statistical standards were applicable(P<0.05).Conclusion Linggui Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of elderly patients with epidemic pneumoniag.
