自制中药续筋接骨膏联合手法复位石膏夹板固定对桡骨远端骨折患者的疗效

Effect of Self-made Chinese Medicine Xujin Jiegu Paste Combined with Manual Reduction and Plaster Splint Fixation in the Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture

目的探讨自制中药续筋接骨膏联合手法复位石膏夹板固定在桡骨远端骨折治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取息烽县中医医院骨伤科一病区2017年5月至2018年5月收治的75例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=37)与对照组(n=38)。所有患者均接受手法复位石膏夹板固定治疗,对照组患者术后外敷氟比洛芬巴布膏治疗,治疗组患者术后外敷自制中药续筋接骨膏治疗,连续治疗4周后,比较两组患者疼痛与肿胀程度、功能恢复情况及骨折愈合时间。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者疼痛及肿胀程度更低,功能独立性评分更高,临床愈合时间及骨性愈合时间更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法复位石膏夹板固定术后应用自制中药续筋接骨膏可有效缓解术后肿胀、疼痛症状,促进骨折愈合及功能恢复,在桡骨远端骨折治疗中具有显著优势。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Chinese medicine(CM)Xujin Jiegu Paste combined with manual reduction and plaster splint fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods Seventy-five patients with distal radius fracture who were admitted to Xifeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study objects and were divided into the treatment group(n=37)and control group(n=38)according to the random number table method.All patients received manual reduction and plaster splint fixation.The patients in the control group were treated with external application of FLurbiprofen Babu Ointment,while the patients in the treatment group were treated with external application of self-made CM Xujin Jiegu Paste.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the pain and swelling degrees,functional recovery and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the treatment group had lower pain and swelling scores,higher functional independence measure scores,and shorter clinical healing time and osseous healing time(all P<0.05).Conclusion After the operation of manual reduction and plaster splint fixation,the application of self-made CM Xujin Jiegu Paste could effectively relieve postoperative swelling and pain symptoms,promote fracture healing and functional recovery,and had a significant advantage in the treatment of distal radius fractures.
