慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期的内治方药古文献研究

Study on Prescription and Prescription of Chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Period

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是临床呼吸系统常见病和多发病,近年来随着人口老龄化,其发病率明显呈上升趋势,严重威胁人们的身体健康乃至生命安全。COPD稳定期意味着疾病处于稳定状态,其主要症状表现得稳定,病情不如急性期那般危急,可为临床治疗赢得时间。对于COPD稳定期患者,药物治疗是常见的治疗手段,在西医药物治疗效果不是非常理想的情况下,中医治疗受到了高度的关注。但是从临床关于中医治疗COPD的现状来看,相关研究多集中在急性期,而稳定期的研究相对较少,有研究也多集中近、现代文献研究及在中医外治、中医康复等方面,而对于内治方药的研究甚少,本课题通过古文献检索整理的方式,重点探讨并归纳古文献中COPD稳定期的内治方药的用药、用方规律性问题,旨在为临床提供一定的理论参考。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common and frequently-occurring disease of the clinical respiratory system.In recent years,with the aggravation of the aging trend of the population,its incidence has increased significantly,seriously threatening people's health and even life safety.COPD plateau means that the disease is in a stable state,mainly the stable presentation of symptoms,the disease is not as critical as the acute phase,can buy time and lay the foundation for clinical treatment.For patients with COPD at stable stage,drug therapy is a common treatment method.Under the condition that western medicine drug therapy is not very ideal,TCM treatment has attracted high attention.But in the present clinical about the current situation of TCM in the treatment of COPD,relevant research focused on the acute phase,and the stability study is relatively small,there are also more concentrated nearly,modern literature research and the study on external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine rehabilitation,etc.,and for the governance of the formulas research,this topic through the way of ancient literature retrieval arrangement,the paper mainly discusses the COPD stabilization in the ancient literature and the way of clinical medicine,with the regularity problem,aims to provide certain theory reference for clinic.
