康妇消炎栓联合注射用头孢呋辛钠及奥硝唑治疗急性盆腔炎的疗效

To Observe the Effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository Combined with Cefuroxime Sodium and Ornidazole for Injection in the Treatment of Acute Pelvic InfLammation

目的研究观察康妇消炎栓联合注射用头孢呋辛钠及奥硝唑治疗急性盆腔炎的疗效及使用效果。方法选取江苏省海门市第五人民医院2015年1月至2019年12月收治的急性盆腔炎患者160例进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各80例。对照组采用头孢呋辛钠+奥硝唑进行治疗,试验组采用头孢呋辛钠+奥硝唑+康妇消炎栓进行治疗。观察对比两组患者的不良反应发生率、用药满意度、生活质量以及炎症情况。结果治疗后,试验组生活质量优于对照组,同时治疗有效率高于对照组,用药满意度高于对照组,相关炎症因子水平白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、C反应蛋白(CPR)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且试验组患者不良反应与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孢呋辛钠+奥硝唑+康妇消炎栓应用于急性盆腔炎的治疗能够在较短时间内实现炎症因子的抑制,同时不良反应的发生率较低,用药安全性较高,提高了患者用药满意度,临床效果较好。

Objective To observe the effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository combined with cefuroxime sodium and ornidazole in the treatment of acute pelvic infLammation.Methods A total of 160 patients with acute pelvic infLammation admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Haimen City,from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups by random grouping method,80 in each group.The control group was treated with cefuroxime sodium+ornidazole.The experimental group was treated with cefuroxime sodium+ornidazole+Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository.InfLammation,incidence of adverse reactions,medication satisfaction and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the quality of life of the experimental group was better than that of the control group;meanwhile,the effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the satisfaction with medication was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Moreover,there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Cefuroxime sodium+ornidazole+Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository can inhibit the infLammatory factors in a short time,at the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,the safety of drug use is high,the satisfaction of drug use is improved,the clinical effect is good.
