达英35联合甲福明治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Diane 35 Combined with Metoclopramide in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的分析采用达英35联合甲福明治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法选取山西省儿童医院孝义分院2018年9月至2019年9月收治的囊卵巢综合征患者102例进行研究,随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,各51例。观察组口服达英35联合甲福明治疗,对照组仅口服达英35治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者黄体生成素、睾酮水平明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组患者月经量少、痤疮、多毛症三种临床症状发病比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论达英35与甲福明联合治疗PCOS不仅有利于降低患者雄激素水平,还能改善疾病症状,治疗效果全面。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Diane 35 combined with metoclopramide in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 102 patients with cystic ovary syndrome admitted to Children’s Hospital of Shanxi from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomLy divided into two groups,51 cases each.The observation group was treated with Diane 35 combined with Mefomin orally,while the control group was treated with Diane 35 orally only,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the incidence of three clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Diane 35 and metoclopramine in the treatment of PCOS can not only reduce the androgen level of patients,but also improve the symptoms of the disease.
