阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效及不良反应探讨

Efficacy and Side Effects of Azithromycin in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的探析小儿支原体肺炎应用阿奇霉素治疗的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法选取涟水县人民医院2015年1月至2018年11月收治的支原体肺炎患儿62例,随机抽签法分为对照组和试验组,每组31例。对照组患儿应用红霉素治疗,试验组患儿应用阿奇霉素治疗,分析比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组总有效率为96.77%高于对照组的80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组发热消失时间为(3.97±0.58)d,对照组为(2.49±0.51)d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组咳嗽、肺部啰音消失时间分别为(8.76±1.67)d、(5.87±1.13)d,对照组分别为(8.92±1.73)d、(5.93±1.18)d,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为6.45%低于对照组的25.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支原体肺炎应用阿奇霉素治疗的效果更加确切,且安全性更高,根据患儿临床情况合理选择药物,从而取得理想的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of mycoplasma pneumonia in children treated with azithromycin.Methods A total of 62 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in Lianshui County People's Hospital from January 2015 to November 2018,The random draw was divided into two groups,control and trial groups,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with erythromycin,Treatment with azithromycin,To analyze and compare the clinical curative effect,the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results For clinical efficacy,the total effective rate was 96.77%,higher than the control group 80.65%,variance statistical significance(P<0.05).The time of fever and disappearance in the test group was(3.97±0.58)d,the control group was(2.49±0.51)d,differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of cough and lung rales was(8.76±1.67)d、(5.87±1.13)d,respectively the control groups were(8.92±1.73)d、(5.93±1.18)d,respectively and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).For adverse reactions,the incidence in the test group was 6.45%,lower than 25.81%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin is more effective and safe in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,Therefore,we must choose drugs reasonably according to the situation of children.In order to achieve ideal clinical results.
