对受检者的尿液标本在检测前进行质量控制的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Quality Control on Urine Specimens

目的研讨对受检者的尿液标本在检测前进行质量控制的效果。方法回顾性分析滨海县第三人民医院2018年1月至2019年12月受检者的尿液标本110例,按是否开展质量控制分为对照组与试验组,各55例。对照组未开展质量控制,试验组开展质量控制。观察对受检者的尿液标本在检测前进行质量控制对尿液标本合格率、医务人员工作质量以及受检者满意率方面的影响力度。结果试验组受检者满意度与医务人员工作质量评分均高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组尿液标本不合格3.64%低于对照组尿液标本不合格21.82%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对受检者的尿液标本在检测前进行质量控制应用价值显著,可保证尿液标本检验合格率,给予医师准确参考数据,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of quality control on urine samples of subjects before testing.Methods A total of 110 urine specimens of subjects from Binhai Third People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into comparison group(55 cases)and test group(55 cases)according to whether quality control was carried out.No quality control was carried out on the group,but the test group carried out quality control.Observe the infLuence of the quality control of the urine specimens of the subjects on the qualification rate of the urine specimens,the quality of the medical staff,and the satisfaction rate of the subjects.Results The testees'satisfaction and medical staff's work quality scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the comparison group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.64%of the unqualified urine specimens in the test group were lower than 21.82%of the unqualified urine specimens in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of quality control on urine specimens of subjects before testing is significant,which can ensure the qualification rate of urine specimens and give doctors accurate reference data,which is worthy of promotion.
