根尖孔宽大年轻恒牙根尖周炎治疗中牙髓血运重建术疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨根尖孔宽大年轻恒牙治疗中应用牙髓血运重建术的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月内蒙古科技大学综合门诊部收治的30例根尖周炎患者为研究对象,共40颗恒牙,均实施牙髓血运重建术治疗,观察患者根尖周病变愈合情况。结果本研究30例患者,治疗有效率为86.67%(26/30)。牙根尖病变消失,牙根继续发育或根尖孔闭合26例;牙根尖病变消失,根管出现钙化现象3例;牙根尖周围病变愈合,但治疗方案实施后24个月内根尖孔未闭合1例。结论通过实施牙髓血运重建术,能够促使牙根继续发育,期间产生的钙化现象均是由根管内壁沉积导致,随着观察时间的延长,其钙化现象会加剧。牙髓血运重建术应用还需要更多的理论支持,应当加大实验研究,开展更多的临床工作。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pulp revascularization in the treatment of young permanent teeth with wide apical foramen.Methods A total of 30 children with periapical periodontitis from January 2017 to January 2018 in the comprehensive outpatient department of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology were selected as the study objects,40 permanent teeth in total,and the healing of periapical lesions was observed.Results In this study,the effective rate of treatment was 86.67%(26/30)in 30 patients.The apex of root of tooth is lesions disappeared,the tooth root continued to develop or the apical foramen closed in 26 cases;The apex of root of tooth is lesions disappeared and the root canal calcified in 3 cases;the tooth periapical lesions healed,but the apical foramen did not close in 1 case within 24 months after the implementation of the treatment program.Conclusion The pulp revascularization can promote the development of the root.The calcification is caused by the deposition of the inner wall of the root canal.With the extension of the observation time,the calcification will increase.More theoretical support is needed for the application of pulp revascularization.More experimental research should be done to carry out a lot of clinical work.
