冷战结束后,印度拉奥政府根据当时国际战略格局的转变形势,在美、俄、中等大国及地区之间积极推行国际均衡外交的策略,以期抓住国际战略格局博弈机遇时机,采取多边务实的对外战略政策,来达到保持其地缘政治的优势,建立对印度各方面发展有利的外部国际环境,彰显其大国地位。

After the end of the Cold War,the Rao government of India actively promoted the strategy of international balanced diplomacy among the major countries and regions,such as the United States,Russia,China in accordance with the changing situation of the international strategic pattern at the time.The strategy of international balanced diplomacy aims to seize the opportunity of the international strategic pattern and confrontation opportunities.In order to maintain its geopolitical advantages and highlight its status as a great power,there is a need to adopt a more multilateral and pragmatic foreign strategic policy,and to establish an external and international environment conducive to India’s development in all aspects.
