钛酸铋钠-钛酸钡陶瓷的铁电压电性能研究

摘要 采用固相烧结法制备钛酸铋钠-钛酸钡铁电陶瓷,并详细研究了表面微观结构、铁电特性和压电性能。SEM分析可知陶瓷样品完全烧结形成单一的钙钛矿固溶体结构。铁电测试发现样品具有典型的铁电陶瓷特征,且具有较好的应变值(Spos=0.28%)。提高测试温度能使样品的铁电、压电性能得到极大的提升;当温度为90℃时,样品的Ec下降,Pr接近于0,得到0.53%的大应变。这归因于铁电畴受温度的影响向弛豫电畴转化。 Sodium Bismuth Titanate-Barium Titanate ferroelectric ceramics are prepared by solidstate sintering.The surface microstructures,ferroelectric properties and piezoelectric properties are studied in detail.SEM analysis shows that the ceramic samples are sintered completely to form a single perovskite solid solution structure.Ferroelectricity test revels that the sample has typical ferroelectric ceramics characteristics and a good strain value(Spos=0.28%).The ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of the sample can be greatly improved by increasing the test temperature.When the temperature reaches 90℃,the coercive field Ec decreases and residual polarization value Pr approaches zero,resulting in a large strain of 0.53%.This is attributed to the transition from ferroelectric domain to relaxor domain affected by temperature.
