摘要 针对换热翅片级进模设计效率低下问题,对其典型性的冲孔机构进行参数化设计。基于Solid⁃Works平台采用尺寸驱动法,开发了包括标准件库和参数化装配体模块为一体的冲孔机构CAD系统。通过ADO.NET结合Visual Studio实现SolidWorks与SQL Server数据库的连接,建立标准件数据库和标准件模板模型库之间的关联,完成了标准件模板的参数化驱动建模;利用ModelDoc2下AssemblyDoc对象提供的操作装配体的方法和SolidWorks添加方程式的功能,实现了冲孔机构装配体的参数化设计。系统以Addin插件形式采用C#语言构建了友好的人机交互界面,符合设计者与三维建模软件频繁交互的习惯,缩短了设计周期,降低了设计成本。 The typical punching mechanism is parametrically designed to solve the problem of low efficiency in the design of the heat exchange fin progressive die.Based on the SolidWorks platform and adopting the dimension-driven method,a CAD system for punching mechanism including standard parts library and parametric assembly modules is developed.The paper realizes the connection between SolidWorks and SQL Server database through the combination of ADO.NET with Visual Studio,establishes the association between the standard parts database and the standard parts template model library,and completes the parameter-driven modeling of the standard parts template.With the method of operating the assembly offered by the Assembly Doc object under ModelDoc2 and the function of adding equations in SolidWorks,the parametric design of the punching mechanism assembly is accomplished.The system uses C#language to construct a friendly human-computer interaction interface in the form of Addin plug-in,which conforms to the habit of frequent interaction between the designer and the 3D modeling software,shortens the design cycle and reduces the design cost.
