摘要
集团化办学涉及若干“一”与“多”的关系。从集团组成来看,一个教育集团往往由一所领衔校与多所成员校组成;从价值取向来看,集团化办学有多种价值追求,但促进教育均衡发展是其核心的价值取向;从学校文化来看,一个教育集团既要有共同的文化,又要兼顾多所成员校的个性;从集团管理来看,一个教育集团应该有一些统一标准和要求,以提升成员校的办学水平;从教育情怀来看,领衔校必须有一种济世情怀和责任担当,把成员校看作与自己一体的家庭成员。
Running a school in a group involves several“one”and“multiple”relationships.From the point of view of school composition,an education group is often composed of a leading school and multiple member schools;from the point of view of value orientation,there are multiple value pursuits in running a school as a group,but promoting the balanced development of education is its core value orientation;from the perspective of school culture,an education group must have a common culture and take into account the individuality of multiple member schools;from the perspective of quality management,an education group should have some unified standards and requirements to improve the running of member schools level;from the perspective of educational feelings,the leading school must have a sense of saving the world and take responsibility,and regard the member school as a family member with oneself.
