摘要 目的研究不同波前像差对调制解调函数(MTF)曲线的影响,从而为个性化屈光性手术提供更加科学的理论依据。方法i-Trace视功能分析仪分别测量240例(240只眼)波前像差,分析总像差、低阶像差、高阶像差、散光、离焦、球面像差、慧差和三叶草像差单独存在下MTF曲线。比较不同像差单独存在下的平均MTF曲线和MTF曲线的平均高度。结果6 mm测量直径下,总像差、高阶像差、低阶像差、散光、离焦、慧差、球面像差以及三叶草像差平均分别为(5.047±3.041)μm、(0.349±0.295)μm、(5.060±3.354)、(0.410±0.288)μm、(5.031±3.362)μm、(0.307±0.306)μm、(0.094±0.075)μm、(0.172±0.148)μm。不同波前像差大小与其单独在时的MTF曲线的平均高度呈负相关。总像差对应的MTF曲线的平均高度要高于低阶像差单独存在时(P﹤0.05),球差单独存在时的平均MTF高度高于慧差单独存在时(P<0.05)。结论人眼的波前像差并不是完全独立的,其内在具有一定的联系来共同的提高人眼的MTF曲线,人眼的视觉质量要好于单独的低阶像差存在时。 Objective To investigate the influence of different wave-front aberrations on the modulation transfer function(MTF)curve,and to provide scientific theoretical basis for personalized refractive surgery.Methods An i-trace visual quality analyzer was used to measure the wave-front aberration of right eyes from 240 subjects.The MTF curve with total aberration,lower order aberration,higher order aberration,astigmatism,defocus,spherical aberration,coma and trefoil were analyzed.The mean MTF curve and the average height of MTF curve with different aberrations were compared.Results Under the 6 mm optical area,the mean total aberration,lower order aberration,higher order aberration,astigmatism,defocus,spherical aberration,coma and trefoil was(5.047±3.041)um,(0.349±0.295)um,(5.060±3.354)um,(0.410±0.288)um,(5.031±3.362)um,(0.307±0.306)um,(0.094±0.075)um and(0.172±0.148)um,respectively.There were negatively associations between different wave-front aberrations and the mean height of MTF curve for each aberration existed alone.The average height of MTF curve with total aberration was higher than that with low order aberrations existed alone(P﹤0.05),and the average height of MTF curve with spherical aberration existed alone was higher than that with coma aberrations existed alone(P<0.05).Conclusions The wave-front aberrations of human eyes are not completely independent,and there are some internal relations to improve the MTF curve of human eyes.The visual quality of human eyes is better than that with only lower order aberrations.
