摘要
本文针对安徽某镜铁矿选矿系统及工艺控制难点,以大数据研究其中关键的生产线为切入点,对各工艺环节积累的基础数据进行加工及处理,从中挖掘和利用隐藏的有价值的信息,发挥选矿基础数据的指导作用,从而稳定系统指标,并在指标波动时,对症下药,迅速解决各工艺环节存在的问题,对于生产指标的稳定具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。
This article aims at the difficulties of a beneficiation system and process control of a mirror iron mine in Anhui,using big data as an entry point to process the basic data accumulated in each process link,from which to mine and use hidden valuable information,so as to play its guiding role and stabilize system indicators.And when the indicators fluctuate,quickly solve the problems in each process link,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the stability of production indicators.
