紫金山深部铜矿创新采矿技术研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 紫金山深部铜矿自建成投产以来,在井巷支护、矿房凿岩硐室布置、矿房底部结构布置及采空区充填等方面存在安全隐患大、采掘作业效率低、成本偏高等一系列问题,矿山也长时间无法实现达产。对此,矿山通过采取巷道分级支护研究、双排巷凿岩硐室设计、矿房底部结构优化、新型充填胶凝材料试验等采矿技术创新,现场工业试验表明具备较好的技术经济指标和经济效益,井巷工程支护成本节省350~500万元/年,大孔凿岩硐室施工成本减少约19%,充填成本下降约8元/立方米,整体采掘施工进度加快并实现达产,提高了企业的经济效益和社会效益。 Since zijinshan deep copper mine was built and put into operation,there have been a series of problems such as large safety hidden trouble,low mining operation efficiency and high cost in the aspects of well support,rock chamber layout,bottom structure layout and goaf filling,etc.,and the mine has been unable to achieve production for a long time.The mine roadway supporting research,classification by adopting double row lane drilling cavern design,at the bottom of the chamber structure optimization,the new type of filling mining technology such as gelling material test innovation,on-site industrial test and achieved good technical and economic indexes and economic benefit of mine engineering support cost savings of 350-500 million/year,large hole drilling cavern construction cost by around 19%,after filling the falling cost of about 8 yuan/m,overall reaches producing mining speed up construction schedule and implementation,improve enterprise economic benefit and social benefit.
